This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and the provider of the SHALOM app (“App Provider” or “We”) governing your use of the SHALOM mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the SHALOM app, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

App Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SHALOM app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.

2. User-Generated Content

The App may allow users to submit, upload, publish, or share content, including but not limited to reviews, photos, comments, and other materials (“User-Generated Content”).

Users can report abusive or objectionable content through the App’s reporting feature. We will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content and/or suspending or terminating the accounts of violators.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this EULA or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. App Provider does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall App Provider, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if App Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to this EULA

We may modify this EULA at any time. If we do, we will provide notice of the changes within the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

12. Governing Law

This EULA and your use of the App will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

For international users, by using the App, you agree that the laws of the State of Israel will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA or the App. However, you may also have rights under your local laws.
